Happy Endings
Luna

When we got the call about the pugs that were available for adoption, we immediately knew that Luna was the one for us. You see, we have 2 boy pugs and have been looking forward to having a little girl for them to play with as they get along better with girl dogs than other boy dogs. (Too much testosterone, I guess.) We knew Luna had some special needs but that didn’t much matter to us. We knew she had a great personality and ultimately that is what matters. We needed a good fit and we could tell that she was it. So, we took a day trip to pick her up and she met the boys and then took a long car ride to her new forever home. The first day was long and hectic but starting the following morning it was like Luna had been in our home all along. She romped with the boys and got hissed at by the cat (which is her standard greeting of any new family member). She snuggled with the humans and the dogs, went on walks and played in the yard. She has been a real joy to all of us. We are thrilled that it has been so simple and so exciting all rolled together. We couldn’t be happier and I don’t think Luna could be happier, either. She is a real success story.
