Wilbur & Pokemon

It is with heavy heart that we post the passing of CPR Alumni Wilbur this past October and Pokemon just a few weeks ago. We want to thank their forever family Maria and Ted for opening their hearts and home and embracing these special needs boys. They were so loved. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.Wilbur and Pokemon

Our condolences to Linda & Eddie who lost their little special needs pug, “Sunshine”. Linda and Eddie are great people with huge hearts and packed a life of love into the short period of time she was with them..RIP little one.

PUG LIFE Update – Lucy!

From Lucy’s forever mom: Lucy is the best!!!!!  She is so sweet.  She follows me everywhere and has the cutest personality.  I’m so happy I have her.

PUG LIFE Update – Dude!

From Dude’s forever family: Dude is doing awesome with our family! He’s quite a character and a charmer!

Lucky Needs Your Help!

Lucky is a very nervous little dog. He has very very poor eye sight and may have glaucoma. He will see the ophthalmologist to have his pressures measured in each eye. He is mildly arthritic in the rear. He has a superficial skin infection. He is coughing and sneezing so he is on an antibiotic for skin and coughing, cough tabs for coughing and Rimadyl for arthritis.
He also needs blood work, a dental exam and to be neutered. Then possibly a pelvic x-ray when he has had time to recover from the infections. If you would like to contribute to Lucky’s medical expenses please donate on via PayPal at our homepage. No amount is too small, every penny benefits the pugs and all donations are tax deductible.

Congrats to Milo on his forever home!

This cute little man will get lots of love and attention from his forever mom and new sister!

Hey, Dude!

dude1Dude found his forever home with his CPR alum brothers & sisters!  Congrats Dude!  You’ll never be lonely, that’s for sure!

charilie1Charlie (aka Carl) has found his forever home!!  You may remember he came to CPR very ill with his friend Molly, who sadly passed. Charlie is now healthy and happy; receiving all the love he could hope for!

From Charlie’s new family: “We are sooo happy!  These were taken a bit ago at the dog park. Charlie fit right in from the first minute he got here.  All of the dogs love him as much as we do. Thank you so much for making this possible!”
